موضوع عن السعادة بالانجليزي

موضوع عن السعادة بالانجليزي

Become a catalyst of happiness
In the figurative sense, a catalyst is a person who, by his very presence, provokes a reaction. Why not provoke positive reactions all around you? There is no harm in preferring happiness, said Albert Camus. You can really think about what you could do to improve who you are.
On a beautiful sunny Sunday as I write these lines, take a leaf and write down all the ideas that go through your head about how you could improve your life and those of others.
• Can you smile more?
• Reduce your stress by asking less?
• Is there anyone around you who needs your help, support or just listening?
• A volunteer initiative, perhaps, to feed the feeling that you are contributing to something bigger than you?
Do not keep alive today your sufferings
Anxiety and negative thoughts do not relieve us of our sadness of tomorrow: they take away our strengths and our pleasures today! Staying focused on your past prevents you from moving forward. Because if your past does not guarantee your present, your present, it is guarantor of your future.
And, if you have no control over the past that you can not change, on the present, you have all the control!
So you can choose to mourn and feel sorry for your past misfortune or, on the contrary, steer your thoughts in a constructive way so that your present is happier and helps build a bright future.
You can practice accepting your grudges, your difficult experiences, your conflicts, your mourning. In doing so, you turn sourness into satisfaction. The ability to accept and let go will relieve you of chains that you may have attached to your feet.
Be empathetic
Great opportunities to help others happen sometimes, but small opportunities surround us every day, said author Sally Koch. Empathy is the ability to put ourselves in the shoes of others to become aware of their states and emotions.
Empathy is the natural enemy of egocentrism, a disease that truly gnaws our society. Instead, then, to assert your point of view and defend your interests first, put yourself in the shoes of others.
Understanding that your friend has concerns she did not share with you may help you avoid a painful conflict. Without denying yourself, think of what others are going through. You will sow seeds that will help make our world a better place to live.
And do not forget that giving pleasure to others, helping them, seeing gratitude in their eyes is one of the most powerful ways to be happy. In other words, we can cultivate the following mild paradox: from selflessness comes a very egocentric happiness (in the noble sense of the term, in this case)
Happiness does not fall from the sky. To be happy, you must clearly choose to achieve this goal!
Two good leads to deepen the subject:
1. The efforts and the different learning that you will make in your life are at the source of the greatest happiness you will experience. Unlike the only pleasure that does not improve our abilities or our life, the practice of the effort leads to the optimal experience (Flow), an inexhaustible source of happiness and satisfaction. Name a direction to which you can focus your efforts to live the optimal experience. To discover or better know this "optimal experience", I highly recommend reading this essential: Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, Living: The psychology of happiness.
2. Which of the seven paths suggested above deserve the most you explore?
